Marblism Relationship
Collins Consulting participates in the Marblism Partner Program. When you sign up for Marblism through our referral link, we may receive a referral commission. This commission does not increase the price you pay.
Collins Consulting is independent from Marblism. We are not Marblism, an employee or agent of Marblism, or an authorized representative or reseller unless Marblism separately confirms that status in writing. We do not have authority to make promises, warranties, or commitments on Marblism’s behalf or to bind Marblism to any agreement.
Marblism is a separate platform with its own Terms of Service, privacy policy, fees, billing practices, and customer-support policies. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting Marblism’s terms before creating or using a Marblism account.
Consulting and Client Onboarding
Collins Consulting may help clients evaluate, configure, implement, and learn to use Marblism. This assistance is part of our separate consulting and implementation services. A client’s Marblism subscription and account relationship remain directly between the client and Marblism. We do not guarantee that Marblism or any implementation will produce particular revenue, lead, efficiency, or business results.
Any Collins Consulting setup, implementation, delivery, or monthly service fees are separate from Marblism subscription charges and are governed by the applicable Collins Consulting agreement and refund policy.
Advertising and Social Media Disclosures
Our advertising and social media posts may include Marblism’s name, references, or approved branding. Unless separately authorized by Marblism, we will not use its logo, combine it with the Collins Consulting logo, or use a plus sign or similar design in a way that suggests ownership, sponsorship, partnership, or official endorsement.
Where we discuss or recommend Marblism, we will use clear language such as: “Collins Consulting may earn a commission if you sign up through our referral link.” Disclosures will be placed near the recommendation, referral link, image, or video and will not be hidden in a profile, footer, or unrelated page.
